The 3.5 mm strong gel coat is especially scratch- and abrasion-proof and every mat is resilient up to 90 kg. Particularly suitable are the fascinating mats for exercises to boost concentration and balance: standing on only one leg, slowly changing from one leg to the other, tipping the mat with the top of your foot... and for just having fun on the colours.
